Dried Zucchini Chips
Ingredients:
3-4 green zucchinis, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 1 pinch garlic powder, 1 pinch thyme and 1 pinch salt.
Preparation:
Set your oven to 200 degrees and wait for it to heat up.
Meanwhile, slice the zucchini with a thin knife. Mix the spices and olive oil in a large mixing bowl.
Add the zucchini to the sauce you have prepared and mix all the ingredients.
Then place the squash on the baking tray and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Turn the dried zucchinis and cook for another 10-15 minutes. After it is dried, you can serve your chips with garlic yogurt if you wish.
