Healthy Dried Orange Chips

Ingredients: 

1 kg orange and wax paper. 

Preparation:

 Operate your oven at 80 degree fan setting. 

While the oven is heating up, slice your oranges. 

Spread the sliced oranges on a paper towel and wait for a while to absorb the water.

 Then cover the baking tray with greaseproof paper.

Line the orange slices on it. 

After cooking for about 1 hour, turn the oranges over and cook for another 45 minutes. 


Open the oven door from time to time to let the steam inside to escape.

At this stage, excess steam will come out and your orange chips will cook better.

 You can use the same recipe for grapefruit, bergamot, lemon, tangerine and citrus for eating great healthy dried fruit chips.
